With an extensive background of over 15 years in fashion, Renee has a keen eye for creative detail when it comes to luxury jewelry. With an education in fashion, biology, digital marketing, and behavioral economics, her passion ranges from design and aesthetics to strategy and analytics. She's also an advocate for sustainability and ethical fashion and loves to paint and upcycle clothing in her free time. She has been on the team since Island by Koa Nani was first created.

Lawyer, aspiring pilot, and men’s jewelry enthusiast, Miguel has been with Island by Koa Nani since 2019 and is the original creator of the website. He studied political science, then went to law school, and passed the California bar on his first try in 2016. He then joined the US Army as a combat medic which brought him to Hawaii. Most recently, he furthered his education in web design and recently discovered his creative outlet through photography and videography.

With over 12 years of experience in photography, videography, and graphic design, Andrew has been overseeing the Island by Koa Nani social media team’s work and giving guidance and creative input since 2022. He is a US Army veteran and studied nursing. When he’s not working on photos and videos, he likes to practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Clarise joined Island by Koa Nani as an intern in late 2025 and quickly became a key part of our creative team. With a background in Communication Media Arts from UH Mānoa, she specializes in video editing and produces the short-form content featured across our social platforms. She brings experience in marketing, has studied abroad in Korea, and speaks Tagalog — adding a multicultural perspective to her work. Clarise’s eye for storytelling and fresh ideas continue to elevate our brand’s digital presence.

Kylee has been a valued member of the Island by Koa Nani team since 2026, serving as our Head of Order Fulfillment. She carefully prepares every order with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring each customer receives beautifully packaged jewelry that meets our highest quality standards. Always willing to lend a hand, Kylee supports the team wherever she's needed. With more than 10 years of experience in graphic design and production, she brings creativity, precision, and a strong eye for detail to everything she does.

After winning three titles in the Miss Hawaii USA 2024 pageant, Alex joined Island by Koa Nani as a social media intern. She excelled at modeling, content creation, and bringing her bubbly personality to the team. In fact, one of her reels gained over 100k views in just a couple short weeks. She is now the host of our limited live stream interview series.

Michael grew up on the island of Maui before earning a bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Oregon State University. While in college, he also completed a professional certificate in Customer Experience Management, strengthening his skills in communication, problem solving, and relationship building. Since joining Island by Koa Nani in 2024, Michael has become a familiar voice to many of our customers, handling emails and phone calls with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.

Born and raised on O‘ahu, Keziah joined our team in Spring 2026 and quickly became a natural on our Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok lives, bringing a bright, bubbly energy that our audience loves. Currently studying Digital Integrated Marketing Communications at Arizona State University with a certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Media, she has been working in social media since 2024. At Island by Koa Nani, she combines her strong customer service skills with growing knowledge of our jewelry to create engaging, personable live experiences.

Sabrina is our student intern who joined us through her school’s community service initiative, bringing a strong work ethic and curiosity to everything she does. With interests in sales, data analytics, website auditing, and social media, she is still exploring her path but consistently gives 100% and excels in every task. She has supported our fundraising events, including the Stepping Into Style fashion show at Capitol Modern, and is a member of the National Honors Society, with experience in diving and managing her school’s track team.
